Challenging planning negotiations

Inner City Boutique Hotel. We were heavily involved in the formation of the strategic vision for the site, as well as the design, pre-leasing, funding negotiations, and appointment of construction contractor. The planning negotiations for this site have been especially challenging, successfully advocating and establishing the fact that run down and derelict residence on site was not of heritage significance. We note the importance of maintaining buildings of heritage significance. Subsequently a planning approval was achieved and this project is currently under construction.
